Isaiah Villaneda
President & Managing Member
Isaiah Villaneda founded KAV Construction in 2022, now known as KAV Construction Group LLC. His background spans residential remodeling, structural and foundation repair, commercial and restoration work, outdoor construction, and architectural finishes.
Today, Isaiah oversees estimating, project planning, field operations, and client coordination while maintaining a hands-on role in the field. That involvement keeps project decisions close to the work itself, from the initial scope through completion.
Where It Started
Hands-on exposure to construction at a young age developed into an interest in building, problem-solving, and seeing projects take shape from start to finish.
KAV Construction Founded · 2022
Founded KAV Construction as an independent contracting business focused on residential improvements and specialty construction work.
Expanding Field Experience
Continued developing experience across foundation and structural repair, commercial plumbing, restoration, fencing, new-construction punch work, and erosion control. These roles progressed into foreman and field-leadership responsibilities while KAV continued developing alongside them.
Multi-Market Work & Crew Development
KAV expanded into multi-phase architectural stonework in Phoenix, Arizona. Isaiah recruited and built a local labor crew for the work, coordinating manpower and field execution across multiple phases away from KAV’s home market.
Project Management & Field Supervision
Progressed into project management and field supervision in outdoor construction while continuing new-construction punch work and KAV projects. Responsibilities expanded into estimating, scheduling, labor and subcontractor coordination, client communication, and project oversight.
KAV Construction Group LLC
Years after that early start in construction, Isaiah transitioned fully into KAV as the business entered its next chapter as KAV Construction Group LLC. Today, the company provides general contracting and project management across a broad range of residential and specialty construction scopes throughout Central Texas.
How We Approach the Work.
Clear Scope
Define what is included, what is known and what needs further evaluation before work begins.
Practical Construction
Use methods suited to the actual site, existing conditions, intended use and project constraints.
Direct Communication
Keep estimating, field decisions and client communication connected instead of passing the project through layers.
Accountable Completion
Manage the work through final review, applicable punch items and project closeout.
