President & Managing Member
Isaiah Villaneda founded KAV Construction in 2022 and remains directly involved in estimating, project planning, field operations and client communication at KAV Construction Group LLC.
His construction background spans residential remodeling, structural and foundation repair, commercial and restoration environments, outdoor construction, architectural finishes and project management. Field experience across specialized contractors and construction organizations has provided exposure to structural stabilization, occupied-building restoration, multi-phase finish work and residential outdoor construction.
That experience now informs KAV's approach to general contracting: understand the existing conditions, establish a clear scope, coordinate the work properly and remain accountable through completion.
Villaneda continues to maintain a hands-on role in KAV projects throughout the Texas Hill Country and Central Texas, combining practical field experience with direct project management and client communication.
