Construction of a substantial composite outdoor-living deck integrated into a wooded Hill Country property.
KAV Scope
The project included the structural support system, deck framing and composite walking surface, with construction organized around the site and surrounding mature trees.
Approach
The finished surface was only one part of the work. Framing, support spacing and the relationship to the existing home were handled as part of the complete deck assembly.
Outcome
The result is a large, low-maintenance outdoor living area with the structural work visible beneath the finished composite surface.
