The Project
A ground-up covered patio addition built from the rear of the residence, documented from the original back-door condition through framing and the completed screened structure.
KAV Scope
KAV framed the new patio structure, constructed the roof assembly and completed the screened enclosure to create a dedicated outdoor living space connected directly to the home.
Outcome
The original rear-door area was converted into a covered, screened patio addition with a clear before, during and completed construction sequence.
