Multi-Scope Interior Refresh
A continuous residential project completed by KAV combining flooring replacement and finish work across the home. Work included brown bamboo hardwood plank through the main living areas, black bamboo hardwood plank in the primary bedroom, replacement of the carpeted areas and stairs, cultured-stone backsplash and counter facade work, plus make-ready painting and drywall repairs.
Coordinated Finish Work
The project brought multiple interior scopes together under one coordinated make-ready effort, with flooring, architectural stone finishes and wall repairs completed as part of the same client project.
